Andrew O'HAGAN

Andrew O'Hagan is the author of an extensive body of work, including the essay The Secret Life (2017) and the novels Our Fathers (1999), Personality (2003), Stay Close to Me (2006), The Life and Opinions of the Dog Maf and His Friend Marilyn Monroe (2010), The Illuminations (2015), Mayflies (2020) and Caledonian Road (2024; Libros del Asteroide, 2025), considered one of the books of the year by The Sunday Times, The Spectator, The Times Literary Supplement, The Independent, The Scotsman and The New Yorker. He has been nominated three times for the Booker Prize, chosen as one of the best young British writers of 2003 by Granta magazine and has received the E. M. Forster Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. His books have been translated into more than fifteen languages. He is currently editor of the London Review of Books and a member of the Royal Society of Literature.
