Javier SIERRA

Javier Sierra is the only contemporary Spanish author to have placed his novels in the top ten bestsellers in the United States. His works have been translated into more than forty languages and are a source of inspiration for many readers seeking more than just entertainment in a thriller. Trained in the world of journalism – he co-founded the monthly magazine Año Cero in 1990, was editor of the magazine Más Allá de la Ciencia for seven years, as well as a presenter and director of radio and television programmes in Spain – he now devotes his time to researching the mysteries of history and writing about them. He has published highly popular titles, including The Secret Supper (published in 43 countries), The Blue Lady (published in a further 20), The Forbidden Route, The Templar Gates, or the 2017 Planeta Novel Prize winner, The Invisible Fire, in which he tackles the enigmas of artistic creation through an unusual quest for the Holy Grail.
