Mónica HUERTA

Arequipa chef who has taken the flavours of her restaurant La Nueva Palomino to Italy, with the gastronomic and cultural programme Peru Feeds Your Soul (2015), held in Milan, Italy. Huerta works with, teaches and disseminates ancient cookery techniques. She also has a profound interest in the value of traditional Arequipa produce. She is a Peru Brand ambassador and a member of the Sociedad Picantera de Arequipa.
