In this documentary the cameras follow acclaimed Israeli writer Amos Oz over a two-year period during which time we see him undertake various trips and hold meetings with colleagues and readers. Oz is a leading voice regarding the peaceful coexistence of Israelis and Palestinians. In the documentary Oz reflects on Zionism and how it has had an impact on his daily life.
