Arpad Von Lazar, Professor Emeritus at Tufts Fletcher School, a member of the Club of Rome and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, is an expert on international relations, as well as an advisor to governments and businesses. He will be talking to José María Beneyto, President of the Spanish delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe about the challenges facing the continent.
