Basque writer Anjel Lertxundi and  the writer Mercé Company talk to Xabier Paya, programme director of San Sebastián, European Cultural Capital 2016, about why some writers choose to work in languages facing an uncertain future. The writer also explores some of the themes in Eskarmentuaren paperak (Experience papers), which was awarded Spain’s most prestigious literary prize, the Premio Nacional de Ensayo, in 2010.
