Despite being English, Michael Robinson, aside from being Spain’s most brilliant sports commentator, is also the best speaker of Spanish. A star of Canal + since it was launched, he heads the most surprising reportage program on Spanish television, Informe Robinson (Robinson report), as well as being presenter of El día después (The day after). Before all this he played for Premier League sides such as Manchester City and Liverpool, winning the European Cup with the latter. His passion for Spain dates back to the day he accepted an offer to play for Osasuna, but he couldn't find it on the map: nobody had told him it was the home side of Pamplona.
