This is India Year in Spain, celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Writer and publisher Namita Gokhale is the co-founder and co-director of the Jaipur Literature Festival and of ‘Mountain Echoes’: A Bhutan Literature Festival. She is the author of 13 books of fiction and non fiction, among them Paro: Dreams of Passion, her debut novel, The Book of Shiva and her soon to be released novel Things to Leave Behing. A literary activist she also passionately promotes Indian’s language literatures worldwide. She talks to Miguel Larrañaga, humanities professor and vice rector of IE University.
