Arequipa 2020, 

A conversation about one of the greats of Spanish-language literature, Jorge Luis Borges, between Eva Valero, a Doctor of Spanish Philology at the University of Alicante and Director of the Mario Benedetti Centre for Ibero-American Studies at the same university, and José Carlos Yrigoyen, a writer, journalist and literary critic at El Comercio newspaper, chaired by Raúl Tola. After the conversation, there will be a screening of the pre-recorded talk between Mario Vargas Llosa and Raúl Tola about the Nobel laureate’s most recent book, Medio siglo con Borges (2020), a compilation of interviews and stories about the great author’s life and work.
