In Peliculachakuna/Cortometrajes,Gonçalo M. Tavares (Portugal) returns once again to that very personal literary voice that has made him one of the most outstanding writers in the Portuguese language. By investigating the complexity of the great contemporary debates, the author builds up a kaleidoscope of small daily scenes told through cinematic and dramatic techniques that invite us to view the world in a very different way. In conversation with the Quechua-language translator Jorge Alejandro Ccoyllurpuma, Tavares will present this work, translated for the first time into Quechua in an excellent bilingual edition published by La Travesía.
