Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience, he’ll guide you through accessible flows that teach you how to move smoothly from one pose to the next. He’ll break down key transitions step-by-step, exploring the anatomical principles that support efficient movement. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to align your body to avoid strain and improve confidence in your practice. This class is perfect for beginners who want to build a strong foundation, as well as intermediates looking to refine their movement and feel more fluid and capable on the mat.
Beginners and experienced students are most welcome. Yoga mats are provided.
