Guests joining host Samira Ahmed for a special Hay Festival edition include Alison Steadman on her career and memoir Out of Character: From Abigail’s Party to Gavin and Stacey; Hisham Matar on The George Alagiah Lecture: Nobel Laureate Naguib Mahfouz; Laura Bates on her feminist retelling of Arthurian legend – Sisters of Fire and Fury; and Gwyneth Lewis on The Mabinogion.
