Teresa Costantini presents the screening of her film ‘Felicitas’

Teresa Costantini, Argentinian director, actress, producer and screenwriter, has garnered great success among the public in Argentina and an ample international recognition. At present she is working on El páramo azul, a fictionalized memoir that spans several generations, and prepares her next film, Tita, based on the biography of Tita Merello. At this event she will present her most recent film, Felicitas, which will be screened immediately thereafter.

 

A tragic love story set in Argentina in 1862. Two young lovers torn apart by desire and duty, passion and guilt in times of bloody wars, a plague of yellow fever and the relentless race towards social progress. The film has been a success among the public in Argentina, has received various awards and been screened at various international festivals.
