Food is an important part of the Hay Festival experience and with thousands of hungry festival-goers, having good food on offer – and lots of it – is a must.
Hay Festival aims to have high quality local and seasonal foods available in our Festival Food Halls and around the festival site, giving visitors a chance to taste and enjoy the delicious fresh food the local area has to offer.
Caterers must be in place for the full duration of the festival. Please note that we are only able to accommodate small catering vehicles or trailers.
Applications to cater at the Hay Festival 2020 are now closed. All applicants will be notified by the end of January 2020.

Our exhibition units offer a unique opportunity to engage directly with between 80,000 and 100,000 festival-goers. Stands are positioned in high footfall areas on the main walkways to venues and food outlets. Please note stands must be manned for the full duration of the festival.

A phone line, internet connection and additional power are available at an extra cost.
Full stands from £6,500 + VAT
Half-stands £3,000 + VAT
Prices for bespoke spaces are available upon request.

Please note that we do not offer retail spaces to booksellers. All book sales are handled by our Hay Festival Bookshop and limited to books by authors or subject matter appearing on the programme.
