Accreditation Instructions for Hay Festival Arequipa 2025

Dear media colleagues, thank you for your interest in the 11th edition of Hay Festival Arequipa. Please read the guidelines carefully and complete the requested information to manage your press accreditation.

Procedure and Deadlines

The accreditation process will be open from Wednesday, September 10, until Friday, October 3, 2025.

Complete your accreditation registration here.

Starting Monday, October 20, accreditation confirmation will be sent by email, along with confirmation of requested interviews (if applicable).

Quotas by Media Outlet

Print media: 2 reporters and 2 photographers

Television (per production): 2 video reporters and 2 reporters

Radio: 1 reporter and 1 digital staff member

Digital media: 2 reporters

Guidelines

We remind journalists, cameramen, and photographers that once an activity has started, they must not obstruct the audience’s view during the sessions.

We kindly ask everyone to maintain order when entering the venues and throughout the sessions.

Priority will be given to interviews requested in advance, subject to the guests’ availability.

For new interview requests or topics that arise during the festival, you may contact the press team directly, available from the launch press conference until the conclusion of the event.
