Hay Festival Joven - Students Programme

Hay Festival Joven is Hay Festival Arequipa's programme directed to the University community, with free events, that seeks to promote an adequate space for a close and assertive conversation. Hay Festival Joven creates debates between local students and the world, beyond borders. In this edition, we gather writers, journalists and thinkers with the young students, in events that invite everyone to explore varied themes. 

The Hay Festival Joven programme is free and it is aimed to the universities community.

In addition to this, university students and senior citizens may request up to 10 free tickets for the General Programme. They will need to fill out a form and provide evidence that they are entitled to receive these free tickets.

The 2026 comp form will be available once we announce the festival, at late September. *Complimentary tickets are individual and you can only ask one ticket per event.
