Indian journalist Dileep Padgaonkar, a member of the editorial board of The Times of India and editor of the country’s leading newspaper from 1988 to 1994, talks to Susana Torres, a lecturer in international relations. With a Ph.D from the Sorbonne, Padgaonkar’s career spans 50 years, and has seen him work for major institutions such as UNESCO. Susana Torres Prieto has a doctorate in Philology from Madrid’s Complutense University and a Doctor Europeus from Cambridge University.
