TICKETING TERMS

Except in the case of cancellation, Hay Festival operates a no return/refund policy. If you have tickets that you are unable to use, there is a charity desk in the Box Office on the Hay Festival site, where you can leave unwanted tickets so that other Festival-goers can take them in exchange for a donation to the Festival's official charity partner.

Programme details are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change programmes and artists if circumstances dictate.

Ticket orders will be processed in order of receipt.

All ticket prices include VAT.

In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Hay Festival Foundation’s control the face value of the ticket is refundable.

Events may be moved between different venues on the Festival site. All venue changes will be advertised on the Box Office screens on the Festival site, and our stewards will help to guide you.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

ACCESS

Hay Festival is committed to removing barriers for all, regardless of disability. The Festival is located in a field but our site is comprised of hard under-cover boardwalks, allowing easy access to all of our venues. Find out more about accessibility at Hay Festival.
