University lecturer and holder of a Master’s degree in Civil Law. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of communications, having worked as an opinion editor, editorial writer, and presenter of television and radio programmes. He currently serves as a commissioner on the Consumer Protection Commission of the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and Intellectual Property (Indecopi) and as Director of the Office of Cooperation and International Relations at the Catholic University of Santa María.
