Fernando Arce Meneses is an illustrator, ceramicist and graphic designer from Arequipa. He has created publishing and exhibition projects in Peru and abroad. His accolades include the Tragaluz Illustration Award (Colombia, 2021), the Pinocchio International Illustration Award (Italy, 2026), selection for the Illustrators Exhibition at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair (Italy, 2026) and first place in the Bologna Children’s Book Fair Portfolio Award (Italy, 2026). His work explores materiality as a narrative language, combining illustration, ceramics and graphic experimentation.
