A historian passionate about teaching and the defence and dissemination of cultural heritage. She possesses extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having served as Director of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP) museums, National Director of the National Institute of Culture and Permanent Representative of Peru to UNESCO in Paris. She is currently conducting research into Arequipa's contributions to the consolidation of Peruvian national identity.
