Marco García Falcón (Lima) is a writer and university lecturer. He holds a degree in Linguistics and Literature from PUCP and a Master's degree in Creative Writing from UNMSM, and is a faculty member of the Creative Writing Master's course at PUCP. He is the author of the short story collection París personal (2002) and of the novels El cielo de Capri (2007), Un olvidado asombro (2014), Esta casa vacía (2017), La luz inesperada (2018) and Mañana te escribo (2025). He is also the co-author of the creative writing manual La imaginación escrita (2016). Among other accolades, he won the 2018 National Literature Prize in the Novel category for Esta casa vacía.
