Romina Silman was born in Lima and studied Journalism at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She is the managing director of Casa Faro (a publishing marketing agency), manages the reading promotion project Leer es Bonito and is a columnist for Perú21. In 2022, she published the children's story ¡Quiero leer!, and in 2025, her first poetry collection, Nunca de mí tu espejismo, was released by Dendro. She dislikes days without a coffee in hand, yet she embraces new plans and holds fast to the belief that beauty —even when hidden— always returns.
