Researcher, cultural manager and educator, she holds a PhD in Communication and Culture from York University, and her work focuses on audiovisual media and technology within various social and institutional contexts — particularly the artistic and religious spheres. She has been involved with the MUTA International Audiovisual Appropriation Festival and, in collaboration with the Lima Independiente Festival, curated the first presentation of Rose Lowder’s work in Peru. She is a member of Alta Tecnología Andina (ATA), where she collaborates on preservation and curatorial projects.
