Two issues dominate global social and community struggles of the 21st century: the fights for gender equality and the environment. This event covers both issues, with three experts whose work, whether with communities or organizations, has involved environmentalism with a gender perspective. With the Spanish activist, engineer and educator Yayo Herrero; the Spanish scientist and writer Cristina Romera; and the activist and community leader from the Colombian Caribbean Leris Zúñiga.
